Data import

The full import of the entire product database should only take place when the integration is started. Then the product database in the client's sales system will be fed with all available products. Product data should be refreshed regularly, in order to maintain correct information and always the most up-to-date marketing materials.

Data update

Products during their life cycle, often undergo significant modifications. It is worth ensuring that customers receive factual information about the product. To this end, we recommend updating data from the Deante API.

Do we need to update all products?

No. We recommend that our customers use checksums to verify if a product has changed. Only if you cannot add such verification should you update everything.
